How happy I am to have found MJ Acupuncture!
They have helped me so much after my work accident and my pain from 3 fractured vertebrae and an AC separation. Their care is genuine and I greatly appreciate how they are not stingy with their time and care. I have been to many acupuncturists and by far they are my favorite. Additionally, I normally very sensitive and don’t enjoy deep massage.  However the Shiatsu message they provide has been invaluable and I have been greatly aided in the attentive and intuitive way it is administered. I was feeling miserable with a constellation of symptoms from chronic illness last July, and a neurologist recommended acupuncture. I had always been super afraid of needles, and really didn’t want to go. But I made an appointment here, and am so glad I did. With gentle acupuncture (that’s not scary at all, I promise) and fabulous acupressure massage, I have slowly improved on all symptoms. I also had plantar fasciitis develop from trying to increase my exercise, and they took care of that in two treatments! It’s a wonderful place, with kind, knowledgeable practitioners. I recommend it to everyone!

I recommend MJ Yi highly.  He is a highly skilled and professional acupuncturist, yet his demeanor is friendly and approachable.  He truly cares about his patients’ well being. Over the past 30 years, I have had treatments from three acupuncturists, and MJ is outstanding.   He has treated me for problems stemming from a car accident as well as a chronic issue.  I was lucky to meet him at my chiropractor’s office two years ago.  When MJ recently moved his practice to this location, I followed him.  The new office is sparkling clean and welcoming.  His fees are reasonable, he often adds free services, and he accepts most insurance plans.

I visited Dr. MJ because I was diagnosed with shingles. Though I’d been on antiviral medication and had been treating the dermatological symptoms, I continued to feel weaker than normal and my digestive system seemed to be making no improvement. After a quick acupuncture session with Dr. MJ where he rapidly and repetitively targeted and stimulated specific points in my hands, wrist, ankles, and feet, I immediately felt an overwhelming sense of relaxation and invigoration. Dr. MJ was also able to explain exactly how he was stimulating and boosting my immune system while he was performing the treatment, and had a very calming demeanor even though his practice was clearly busy. Upon conclusion, he even packaged some tasty herbal tea for me to take and drink, and the low cost of the visit really surprised me. Finally, the building and office were very modern and clean, and there was lots of free parking in the adjacent lot. I look forward to visiting again soon!

I’ve been going to MJ Acupuncture for the past several months because of severe wrist pain and later neck/shoulder pain.  I can’t say enough positive stuff about them.  They are so incredibly nice, patient, and effective.  My wrist is so much better (now just getting tune ups). Lol.  I had an emergency neck pain (slept weird?) and it was so painful and I could barely move my neck–they took me in the same day!  I was so grateful!  The office is clean, they are flexible with the time (since I work)…and I leave the office feeling more relaxed and with less pain.  I have to say I hate needles but I know acupuncture works…so I keep going.  Don’t worry peeps, it doesn’t really hurt, I’m just a baby.  Thank you two for making me feel almost back to normal!  I’m grateful for them!  They work magic with their hands!

I went to get acupuncture again with Dr.Yi and massage with Daniel. Sciatic pain is reduced and taping is really helping to balance my muscles. Will go back for more treatments!
